  • Where do you clean the rugs?
    Soil-Away cleans all area rugs at our facility in Hooksett. Our facility, equipment and trained technicians are dedicated to individually caring your area rugs.
  • What does it cost to clean my area rug?
    Area rugs vary greatly in size, condition, materials, and design. Our prices will depend on these factors and will ensure a fair and accurate cost for you. In determining the price, each area rug is individually inspected by an area rug specialist to determine the best cleaning method and exact cost.
  • What kinds of rugs materials can Soil-Away clean?
    We clean a wide variety of natural and synthetic fibers. Some of the most common materials include: wool, cotton, jute, sisal, nylon, olefin, acrylic, rayon, and more… We also clean antique braided and hand-made rugs.
  • Will the cleaning chemicals be safe for my pets or children?
    Yes. All cleaning agents are being applied and used in a safe manner. We will provide you information on our cleaning products upon request. We also offer green-cleaning and anti-allergen products.
  • Can you remove special stains, spots, and odors?
    Yes. Soil-Away has a very high success rate when it comes to removing spots and odors resulting from pets, coffee, wine, food, kids, and more.
  • Is my area rug worth cleaning?
    Yes. Area rugs often hold great value. A rug may have sentimental value do to the length of time it has been in your family. The rug may also have monetary value due to its materials and design.
